Tanzania: Dark 75% with a powerful cacao scent with fruity aromas, subtle and lasting in the mouth.
Mexico: At the origin of cacao, this dark 66%, bitter and slightly acid stays on with a liquorice perfume
Peru: Dark 64%, with dried fruit bouquet freshness and a slightly bitter cacao sensation lingering in the mouth
Milk chocolate
Papua: 36% milk of a copper like color associated with a typical hint of cinnamon and caramel. All aromas enhanced by pure Tahitian vanilla, slightly spiced.
Vanuatu: Milk 44% coming from volcanic soils with powerful cacao aroma, a hint of caramel and smoke and a pinch of coffee and spices.
